Fulfilment/Office Manager

We are looking for a part-time member of staff to join our team to help with managing the flow of production and fulfilment of online orders. This involves both hands-on and administrative tasks.The right person for the job must be happy working independently as well as part of a team.This role requires someone who is a natural problem solver with a can-do mindset. You must also be able to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.You must be good at working to deadlines.An ability to adapt to change is important as we are a growing business which is constantly evolving.

Commitment: 10-25hours/week

Hours: Monday – Friday (hours are flexible, although you will need items ready for dispatch before 3pm. Weekends are optional also)

Location: Belloost HQ, Mount Mill Farm, Stratford Road Wicken. (Between Buckingham and Milton Keynes). Relaxing farm setting, you will need to be able to driving in as public transport is limited.

Customer Relations Manager/Virtual Assistant

We are hiring for a customer service focused virtualassistant with immediate start. This role has a large customer service element,so past experience is required however we have our own style of customer servicewhich you will need to be happy to adopt. Alongside the customer serviceelement, there are a number of administrative tasks that you will need to takeownership of and action daily, so having high levels of organisational skillsis essential. We need someone who has experience using Excel/Google Sheets.

 

An ability to adapt to change is important as we are a growingbusiness which is constantly evolving. You will need to have great communicationskills as you will need to liaise with customers, production, fulfilment and the director inorder to resolve queries and manage the flow customised orders from paymentthrough to dispatch.

Part-time Fulfilment Assistant

We are looking for a part-time member of staff to join our team to help with fulfilling orders from our offices. You will be responsible for receiving and logging inventory, assembling products, booking courier labels, picking and packing products, and dropping parcels off at the post office/local parcel box.


Hours: Flexible. Tuesday - Thursday for 10 hours per week.This may be suitable for a student or mum looking for part time, flexible work.
