Refund policy

Right to cancel
  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, physical possession of goods.
  • To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement by email to questions@belloost.com. If you have already received your item, you may also use the returns/refunds request form on the ‘complaints/returns/refunds’ tab, located in the footer of the website.
  • The product(s) must be returned unused.
  • If you use choose by either method stated in above, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation by email without delay.
  • To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Refunds
  • If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery paid for by you.
  • If you have received goods:
    • you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods; and
    • you will be responsible for ensuring that the packaging of the goods is secure to prevent damage to the product or loss when in transit. Where the goods are lost prior to reaching us you will not be reimbursed for the goods.
  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
    • 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
    • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your order.
  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.
Customised Goods
  • Are goods that have been altered or made by your request, these include
    • addition of logos, lettering, or wording
    • goods that are made to measure
    • Request for a colour(s) that is not part of our standard range
    • ‘Tweaked’ goods, which include any adjustments made at your request to the standard specification of the goods. No matter how minor e.g any changes to the standard position or size of the face hole on a couch cover.
  • If you wish to make changes to a customised order you must contact us within 24 hours of you receiving confirmation of the final specifications of the item(s) by emailing questions@belloost.com as customised goods cannot be changed after this time and are non-refundable
  • When cancelling a customised order, you must contact us within 24 hours of you receiving confirmation of the final specifications of the item(s) by emailing questions@belloost.com as customised goods cannot be cancelled after this time. We will not be able to provide you with a refund if you do not notify us within this time as customised goods are non-refundable after this time.
  • We will confirm that the cancellation and/or change to your customised order has been accepted by email, where your order is cancelled, we will confirm cancellation along with any entitlement for a refund by email.
Faulty goods
  • Should you receive a faulty good contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the good notify us of the fault, you will not be entitled to a refund if a fault is reported after 14 days
  • Please provide a detailed description together with a photo by completing the relevant form on the ‘complaints/returns/refunds’ tab, located in the footer of the website.
  • If we confirm that the goods can be sent back to us, we will confirm the return method to be used along with any other relevant information. We will then do one of the following (at our option);
    • Replace the goods
    • Repair the item where possible
    • Refund you the cost of the full item including delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
