Please be aware that products sold on our website are only suitable for use by trained manual therapists. Thus Belloost™ is not designed for domestic use.

If you are a customer in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), you can cancel your order within 14 calendar days for a full refund. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. Custom orders can only be refunded prior to the order being processed. Any refunds are at the discretion of Belloost™.

Should you receive faulty goods, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by contacting us via the contact form on our website. If any part of the product is faulty we will replace the part of the pillow that is affected.

Any intentional damage to the pillow will not be liable for a refund. Removal of the case on your Belloost™ pillow is deemed as intensional damage, thus any damage caused as a result of this will not be liable for refund or exchange under our refunds policy.

If you opt for your Belloost™ product to be delivered by post without insurance, your parcel will not be covered by the courier or by Belloost™ for any losses or damage cause while in transit. Belloost™ can not offer any refunds in these circumstances.

At Belloost™ each of our pillows are assembled by hand and individually go through a variety of quality checks to ensure they are in tip top shape before they are sent out to you. Due to the personal touch of our assembly process, each pillow may have its own little quirks. These quirks will only have an aesthetic effect and will not affect the functionality of your Belloost™ pillow; remember it’s whats on the inside that counts! All inner workings of your cushion have been precisely manufactured to ensure consistency and precision of each part. Your pillow may have only been assembled within hours or days of being dispatched. Thus we recommend you allow 1-2 weeks for the foam and outer fabric to settle together and get acquainted. Much like a good pair of shoes, you are likely to find greater comfort and function after a few uses, once the item has been ‘broken in’.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, as this may not be optimal for your patients and may also affect your ability to get a refund.
