Shipping policy

Each Belloost® product has its own lead time, please see the 'shipping' section of the product page for the item you are ordering. Once complete, all UK orders are dispatched on a 1-2 day service via Royal Mail or Fedex. International orders to Europe are sent on a 3-5 day service. Orders to USA are sent on a 5-7day service. A Tax ID must be provided for all orders outside of the UK. This is purely for customs purposes. You must keep an eye on your tracking details closely. If your parcel is delayed, held by customs or does not arrive, it is down to the customer to track the parcel directly with the courier. Once orders have left our warehouse, they because the responsibility of the customer and the courier, we have no control over its onward journey.

We will send you an email once your order has left our fulfilment centre. This will contain your tracking number and link if your delivery is over £30. If for any reason you have trouble tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via our contact form. 

Belloost LTD is a company registered in England. To help our customers based in the Europe, we have obtained the EU EORI number which will allow us to ship goods to the UK without any hassle.

Brexit Update

As of January 1, 2021, all invoices for our European customers will be issued by Belloost LTD located in England with UK VAT ID 354250908. In practice, this means:

  • the VAT rate for a B2B and B2C customers purchasing from outside the UK will be equal to 0%;
  • you may be asked to pay import tax and duties by your order by customs in your country;
  • B2B customers will be able to deduct import VAT in their VAT declarations

Logistically Brexit has a direct impact on the way the logistics industry handles shipments from January 1, 2021.

All Belloost shipments leaving the UK are transported under the Incoterms Formula "DAP". This means we will handle all export formalities before departure so that your goods are delivered on time and safely. However, any import fees - such as duty or tax - are excluded from Belloost’s responsibilities.

Customs clearance is mandatory, and shipments cannot be shipped further until a customs hold is removed. Therefore, from January 1, 2021, we expect shipping times to be increased from 2 to 4 days due to the mandatory customs clearance before departing the UK, as well as after arriving at its destination.

The first few months of the UK no longer being part of the EU will be challenging for citizens of the UK and Europeans alike. Like other small businesses, we really value your patience while we navigate these times.
